How do I pay for my order?

Currently, we accept Bank Transfer / EFT.
After placing your order, you’ll receive our secure banking details. Orders are only processed once proof of payment has been confirmed.

Can I pay later?

At this time, we require full upfront payment so we can begin handcrafting your order with care.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. However, Each SILO LUXURY product is hand-poured in small batches and made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for preparation, curing, and careful packaging before dispatch.

Why does it take time before dispatch?

Our candles, home fragrances (and artisanal decor pieces) require a curing period to reach their full fragrance potential and ensure long lasting quality. This ensures your SILO LUXURY piece arrives at its best - rich, balanced, and indulgent.

What if my delivery details are incorrect?

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. SILO LUXURY is not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect details.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Contact us via email immediately on orders@silo-luxury.com with your order reference if a change is needed. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your product was damaged in transit, email us at info@silo-luxury.com within 24 hours.
Attach photos of the damage and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement with care.

Can I order custom or bulk gifts?

Yes. SILO LUXURY offers bespoke gifting and bulk orders for special occasions or corporate requests.
